1. General Standards

Users may not use the marketplace for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes. This includes any effort to exploit other users, avoid platform rules, interfere with site operations, or damage the marketplace’s reputation or compliance posture.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Listing or promoting prohibited or restricted items
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or transaction laundering
• Harassment, threats, hate, or abusive conduct
• Uploading false, misleading, or infringing content
• Circumventing fees or directing users off-platform to avoid controls
• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, malware distribution, or security abuse

3. Enforcement

We may monitor activity and take action including content removal, listing suppression, holds, account limitations, suspension, termination, or reporting to payment processors, service providers, or authorities where appropriate.

4. Repeat Violations

Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the marketplace and forfeiture or delayed release of funds to the extent permitted by law and payment processor requirements.
