Divine Product Solutions LLC may intervene in refund or return disputes where necessary to protect users, address fraud, comply with payment processor requirements, or enforce marketplace policies. We may issue, deny, adjust, or facilitate refunds in our discretion where appropriate.
3. Non-Delivery, Misrepresentation, and Damage
Refund requests may receive additional review where a product is not delivered, is materially different from its description, arrives damaged, or appears to violate marketplace rules or legal requirements.
4. Payment Reversals
